Cambridgeshire FA - developing football for everyone
Development - take your skills to the next level

Equality

Cambridgeshire FA acknowledges the diverse community that it works in and is embedding an Equality approach to developing grassroots in football. This encompasses areas of diversity including race, religion, age, gender and disability - and will ensure groups and individuals are given the same progression opportunities in either the playing or the administration of the game.

Racial Equality

The Mini World Cup is a FUN football tournament for players of all levels. Through this event we are hoping to raise awareness and celebrate the diversity of the different cultures living in Cambridge and encourage integration between them.

CFA Equality statement

The Cambridgeshire Football Association is committed to equality work. This is demonstrated by the creation of the Equality Standard Group, and the CFA commitment to equality at Board level.

The CFA will ensure that all aspects of equality work are embedded into strategic plans, and targets will be set to monitor progress in this area to ensure that everyone in the county is treated fairly and has the opportunity to take part in and enjoy football.
